With Jeff about a week out from leaving Unilever, he took full advantage of the extra-cheap "company store" to stock up on lightweight food for us to carry on the trail! They must have thought he was crazy buying all that stuff at once!!! LOL!

Scouting Mission, Kent Connecticut
Outside of Kent, the Appalachian trail crosses through CT near the town. Here are some photo's of Trail Markers, a "stile" (a place the trail crosses over a fence), a shelter, a privy,and a journal entry by a hiker this year. Cant wait to see this after 1,000 miles! :0)
